Area Supervisor

Our team is looking for the a results-oriented Area Supervisor to join us ! As part of a vibrant team you will ensure all operations are carried out effectively, keeping quality levels high and cost-efficiently.

What you'll do:

• Oversee all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, pick-pack process, and expense control
• Ensure adherence to operational standards and policies, focusing on quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness
• Monitor staffing and scheduling to ensure resources and meet operational demands during all shifts
• Implement inventory processes and controls to maintain accurate stock reporting for each hub
• Communicate effectively with the Store Operations Manager and other stakeholders to address store issues and propose solutions
• Identifie opportunities to reduce costs while maintaining operational efficiency
• Provide guidance, support, and coaching to store managers to develop employees and enhance performance
• Supervise the implementation of hygiene, sanitation, security, and safety standards to maintain a high level of customer service

What you will need:

• At least 4 years of proven experience in retail operations
• Knowledge of inventory management systems & Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of safety, sanitation, and security standards in a retail environment
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities
