About the opportunity

We are on the lookout for an Working Student to join the UX- Operations team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences. This role will be supporting various tech and product tribes. 

  • Develop and implement ideas for improving UX design and research workflows.

  • Collaborate with the team to document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices.

  • Assist in collecting and disseminating design and research resources (e.g., Friday Flash, meeting templates, research repository updates).

  • Support planning and execution of key UX and research initiatives, including design workshops, training sessions, and research studies.

  • Facilitate smooth event execution by identifying suitable venues, coordinating with vendors, and preparing materials.

  • Contribute to design and research operations and ensure the successful planning and delivery of key communication strategies.


What you need to be successful

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Communications, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.  
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in fast-paced environments.  

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive mindset.  

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Miro, Figma, Slack).  

  • An interest in user experience (UX) design and research methodologies (a plus).  

  • A positive attitude, adaptability, and a willingness to tackle challenges head-on, contributing to a supportive and high-performing team culture.
