We are looking for a Warehouse Manager to join our dynamic Logistics team. You will be responsible for a wide spectrum of responsibilities, including leading and guiding a team of our Logistics staff. In this role, you will ensure accurate and timely processing of the equipment, maintain inventory records, and optimize warehouse space for efficiency. Additionally, you will act as a proactive individual who can collaborate effectively with other departments and implement innovative solutions for stock management.
What you ‘ll do:
Supervise and lead the warehouse team
Assign tasks, set priorities, monitor work performance
Execute training of new hires in warehouse procedures
Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, shipments, and receipts
Collaborate with procurement to handle the delivery of riders equipment
Ensure timely and accurate order processing
Optimize warehouse layout for efficient space utilization.
Plan and implement storage expansion or reorganization when necessary.
Report on warehouse performance metrics to management
Conduct quality and quantity control of the equipment
Maintain effective communication with other departments
Propose, search, design, adopt new ways for stock management
Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by riders
What you ‘ll need:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role
Proven experience in team leading and management
Strong leadership and team management skills
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
Problem-solving aptitude and proactive approach to challenges
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Greek & English language)
Proficiency in inventory management software and systems
Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and regulations
