Innovations Hub (Delivery Hero Germany Dmart GmbH) is the testing environment for new quick commerce concepts within the Delivery Hero. We operate in a fast-paced logistics setting, focused on improving how everyday essentials are delivered to customers efficiently and reliably.

Role Overview
We are looking for a Warehouse Associate to join our operations team in Berlin. This role involves hands-on work across core warehouse tasks including goods receiving, shelf replenishment, order picking, and ensuring the store remains clean, organized, and compliant with food safety regulations. The position follows a fixed weekday schedule with no weekend shifts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and inspect incoming goods (quantity and quality)

  • Organize and replenish storage shelves using FIFO (First In, First Out)

  • Pick and pack customer orders using a handheld device

  • Handover orders to delivery riders accurately and on time

  • Ensure the warehouse remains clean, well-maintained, and free of clutter

  • Dispose of waste and packaging materials properly

  • Carry out routine quality and compliance checks in line with hygiene and safety standards

  • Report stock issues, system errors, or damaged goods when needed


What you need to be successful

  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes

  • Good communication and teamwork skills

  • Physically fit and comfortable with lifting, sorting, and being on your feet

  • Understanding of basic warehouse procedures (e.g. stock rotation, cleanliness, shelf organization)

  • Willingness to take responsibility for the overall order and hygiene of the warehouse

  • Comfortable using handheld scanners or devices (training provided)

  • Full proficiency in English and basic/intermediate German knowledge is required
