Key Responsibilities
- Act as a thought leader for campaign strategy, proactively monitoring industry trends and identifying opportunities for innovation, growth, and competitive advantage within the market.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders including Growth, Marketing, CRM, and
- Commercial teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and alignment with overarching business objectives.
- Develop and deliver high-impact campaign strategies and sales narratives, clearly communicating the value of multi-channel and multi-vertical campaign capabilities to internal and external stakeholders.
- Foster a collaborative and performance-driven work environment, setting clear growth strategies,
- defining priorities, and continuously monitoring progress toward business goals.
- Establish and maintain the annual trade campaign calendar, ensuring full alignment with the central marketing team and broader company strategy.
- Define and lead the commercial strategy for key occasions and special days, taking full end-to-end ownership of campaign planning, execution, and performance management.
- Monitor campaign performance and outcomes on a weekly and monthly basis, identifying improvement areas and implementing data-driven action plans to optimize results.
- Develop and execute CRM strategies, designing targeted action plans for defined user segments to drive engagement, conversion, and retention.
- Work closely with the Category Management team to design and optimize campaign structures that
- support category growth and commercial objectives.
- Track and analyze the performance of internal campaigns, implementing optimization strategies to improve key performance indicators such as conversion rate (CVR) and overall campaign efficiency.
- At least 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce, campaign management, or commercial roles within an advertising agency, brand, or retailer environment, preferably in the FMCG sector.
- Familiarity with the latest trends and advancements in the commercial, marketing and campaign perspective.
- Proven experience in business development, campaign management and commercial
- Ability to think strategically and identify opportunities for business growth through campaigns
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving mutually beneficial outcomes
- Strong analytical skills to drive data-driven decision-making
- Excellent communication (fluency in English) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively
- communicate with stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
