About the opportunity

 

  • Ability to manage a team spanned across different cities of the UAE

  • Maintain and share accurate reporting and tracking of team performance

  • Led and guided the online account management team to help manage a large portfolio of vendors and achieve their targets

  • Assure the team receives the required data, reports, and support on a daily basis in order to manage their portfolio

  • Share best practices with the team and help resolve escalations from restaurant partners

  • Train and support the team on how to provide excellent service and support to partners

  • Ensure the team is performing structured actions and tasks to optimize operational metrics, achieve menu excellence, and drive self-reliance. 

  • Help the team solve day-to-day problems while ensuring a positive partner experience


What you need to be successful

  •  5+ years experience in Sales/Account management with at least 1 year in team management

  • Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills

  • Commitment to coach and not just manage with a shared goal of building high-performance teams.

  • Excellent leadership skills

  • Able to collect, track, and analyze large amounts of data

  • Ability to meet deadlines and be flexible in working

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced challenging environment

  • Strong Interpersonal skills and Communication skills (Written and Verbal)

  • Negotiation skills

  • Market research skills

  • Planning and organizing skills

  • Ability to deliver targets

  • Ability to ask probing questions that uncover customer needs

  • Ability to build good relationships with clients.
