Job description
Ability to manage a team spanned across different cities of the UAE
Maintain and share accurate reporting and tracking of team performance
Led and guided the online account management team to help manage a large portfolio of vendors and achieve their targets
Assure the team receives the required data, reports, and support on a daily basis in order to manage their portfolio
Share best practices with the team and help resolve escalations from restaurant partners
Train and support the team on how to provide excellent service and support to partners
Ensure the team is performing structured actions and tasks to optimize operational metrics, achieve menu excellence, and drive self-reliance.
Help the team solve day-to-day problems while ensuring a positive partner experience
5+ years experience in Sales/Account management with at least 1 year in team management
Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills
Commitment to coach and not just manage with a shared goal of building high-performance teams.
Excellent leadership skills
Able to collect, track, and analyze large amounts of data
Ability to meet deadlines and be flexible in working
Comfortable working in a fast-paced challenging environment
Strong Interpersonal skills and Communication skills (Written and Verbal)
