Team Lead Content

Role Summary

Ability to set and meet targets,  Ability to deliver work with a high degree of accuracy, and be attentive to details and ability to work with a team and motivate the team.

What’s On Your Plate?

• Validate schedule for Content Specialists, maintain reports, and manage schedule changes.

• Keep track of daily attendance, overtime, sick leaves, and other types of leave and maintain a timesheet.

• Track content team performance on a daily basis to ensure SL & quality targets are met.

• POC with all countries in case of any project.

• Manage internal & external communication.

• Provide periodic reports on performance.

• Clear disciplinary action records.

• KPI average of 90% or above over the last six months.

• Must have at least 12 months of tenure in both the company and the current position.

• Must be on track or performing in performance cycles to be considered.

• This role is open for the Content line of business only.
