About the opportunity

Collaborate with key business partners to understand current and future recruitment needs, and

develop strategic plans for hiring within your area of responsibility.

  • Manage the entire recruitment process, including requisition approval, hiring manager consultation, job advertising, candidate sourcing, application review, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer negotiation.
  • Utilize relevant advertising channels to attract qualified candidates for key roles in your area.
  • Leverage internal and external candidate databases to identify prospective candidates, create awareness, and encourage applications for open positions, including proactive outreach.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of strong candidates and prospective talent within your functional area
  • Conduct regular check-ins with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Assist in planning and conducting quarterly review meetings with stakeholders to highlight recruiting achievements and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with recruiting and sourcing colleagues to share candidates and jobs, fostering a collaborative hiring process.
  • Effectively use recruitment systems, adhering to key standards and ensuring accurate data entry for reporting purposes.
  • Support additional recruitment initiatives as needed.

What you need to be successful

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, ideally within a fast-paced agency or corporate environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional candidate experiences and implementing innovative recruitment solutions.
  • Experience in driving recruiting initiatives, such as proactive recruiting, internal recruitment, and diversity efforts, with measurable success.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy, including employer branding and social recruiting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
