About the Role
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will own and deliver end-to-end hiring for high-impact commercial roles while shaping sourcing strategy, strengthening pipelines, and raising the bar on hiring quality. You’ll operate as a trusted talent partner to business leader challenging, advising, and enabling them to hire the right talent at pace.
This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, commercially minded, and passionate about building scalable, data-driven hiring practices in a fast-moving environment.
Key Responsibilities
Own full-cycle recruitment for commercial roles (e.g., Sales, Account Management, Partnerships), from intake to offer.
Design and execute proactive sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, referrals, talent mapping, and niche channels.
Lead role calibration, intake, and hiring strategy sessions with hiring managers to align on profile, priorities, and timelines.
Act as a strategic advisor to stakeholders on market insights, talent availability, and hiring risks.
Deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment journey.
Leverage data and funnel metrics to identify bottlenecks, improve conversion, and optimize hiring outcomes.
Support and coach junior recruiters or coordinators, sharing best practices and driving consistency.
Partner closely with People Ops to ensure smooth handovers, onboarding readiness, and strong early-tenure experience.
Continuously improve recruitment processes, tools, and ways of working to support scale and efficiency.
3–5+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience, preferably within commercial or revenue-driven hiring.
Demonstrated success hiring for fast-paced, target-driven teams (e.g., Sales, Account Management) is preferable.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to influence and challenge when needed.
Comfortable working with data, reporting, and hiring metrics to drive decisions and improvements.
Hands-on sourcing expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver under tight timelines.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
