Supply Chain Demand Planning Specialist - Hybrid

• Analyze sales and marketing data to prepare order forecasts, understanding past and future assumptions, risks, and opportunities.
• Transmit purchase orders to suppliers according to the order schedule and track the entry of relevant orders into the warehouse.
• Monitor stock levels in central warehouses on a daily and weekly basis, taking necessary actions.
• Ensure products are available at optimum stock levels.
• Proactively respond to market changes.
• Manage the return and disposal processes of products that have lost their sales feature for any reason.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Purchasing teams for coordinated stock forecasting of campaign products.
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders in case of any problems during the demand planning process and ensure necessary actions are taken.
• Prepare KPI reports.
• Maintain communication with suppliers, visiting warehouses at specified intervals.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the retail or e-commerce sectors.
• Strong planning and coordination skills.
• Analytical mind, proficient with numbers.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects.
• High proficiency in MS Excel and the ability to analyze large datasets.
• Creative with strong communication skills as a team member.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Passionate about e-commerce, retail, and startups.
