• Responsible for tracking and analyzing the performance of zones in the related district and tackle operational blockers and provide insights and directions to TLs and identify areas of improvement in each KPI to achieve the organizational goals.
• Responsible for strategic planning and long term initiatives to drive the business through the needed direction.​
• Responsible for tracking and analyzing 3PL's performance in the assigned zones and providing analytical reports and insights on a biweekly basis with the acquisition team to set action plans for the worst offenders and track their progress.​Running a Monthly meetings with 3PLs to share insights and company direction to increase their awareness.​
• Responsible for tracking and analyzing vendors performance, focus on the worst offenders performance and raise flags on a weekly basis and share the recommended actions and insights with the vendor performance team and track their progress week over week.
• ​Responsible for tracking the performance of all t-mart stores in the district assigned and cooperating with the t-mart team for identifying areas of improvements and tackling the operational obstacles and meets with t-mart team responsible for the district on a weekly basis to discuss the stores performance and any operational issues.
• ​Supervises rider onboarding and training schedule with Rider Trainer.​
• Responsible on tracking and investigating all the severe on ground cases with the security team.
• Responsible for addressing and resolving day-to-day or unexpected issues outside of the primary scope that may impact the zone's performance.

What did we order?

• Bachelor's degree in logistics or any other related field.​4-5 Years of experience in logistics, preferably F&B​Experience with drivers.​
• Experience managing large groups of people.​
• Ability to work under pressure, and to take decisions.​
• Leadership skills.
• Very strong Communication skills.
• ​Fluent in both languages Arabic and English.​
