Supervisor Facilities

Seeking for a proactive and detail-oriented Facilities Supervisor with an engineering background and a minimum of 2 years of experience in facility management within a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will oversee in-house maintenance operations, manage outsourced services, and ensure all facility-related functions are delivered efficiently and to high standards. This role requires strong coordination, organizational, and communication skills to manage daily operations across our head office and coworking spaces.

What's on your plate? 

• Respond to the Facilities department help desk tickets.
• Monitor and ensure the quality and performance of outsourced services including housekeeping, pest control, and fleet operations.
• Maintain comprehensive records of work orders, contracts, and service requests. Establish vendor files and verify accuracy of submitted documentation.
• Manage the internal and external movements of all company assets.
• Coordinate and support all facilities-related needs for internal events at the main premises and coworking spaces.
• Supervise all maintenance activities and lead contract negotiations with external service providers.
• Handle all facilities requests and requirements for all logistics hubs, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
• Review and analyze third-party service reports monthly, ensuring adherence to agreed KPIs and SLAs.

What did we order?

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in facility management within a fast-paced or dynamic environment.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and safety protocols.
• Proficient in MS Office and facilities management systems/tools.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders effectively.
• Excellent communication in English and Arabic.
