YOUR WORK-LIFE OPPORTUNITY:
Join our Rider Experience team and take ownership of some of the most critical levers in Glovo’s courier ecosystem. This is a high-impact, highly strategic role where you will shape how riders experience Glovo through Loyalty, Rider Value Proposition, and RSAT initiatives across multiple markets.
You will operate in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment with strong exposure to senior stakeholders and local teams across our markets. This role is ideal for someone who combines strategic thinking, analytical rigor, and hands-on execution, and who is comfortable driving change by influencing others and pushing initiatives forward.
BE A PART OF A TEAM WHERE YOU WILL:
Own and evolve the Rider strategy, ensuring it drives measurable improvements in rider retention, engagement, and satisfaction.
Define and strengthen the Rider Value Proposition for 22 markets, balancing rider needs, operational realities, and business constraints across markets.
Lead RSAT initiatives, turning rider feedback and satisfaction metrics into clear action plans and tangible improvements.
Manage and optimize the rider investment budget to ensure a competitive and sustainable Rider Value Proposition across markets.
Work closely with local and central teams (Operations, Performance, Quality & Fraud, etc) to ensure consistent execution while adapting to local market needs.
Translate strategy into clear roadmaps, priorities, and execution plans, pushing teams to deliver without direct authority.
Track, analyze, and interpret key rider metrics (investments, retention, engagement, RSAT, cohorts, experiments) to support data-driven decision-making.
Identify trade-offs and make decisions in situations with incomplete or ambiguous data.
Continuously assess program impact and propose optimizations to improve rider experience and business outcomes.
Support cross-functional initiatives and special projects related to rider experience, incentives, and engagement.
Actively collaborate with colleagues across HQ and local teams in a supportive, high-performance environment where learning and impact go hand in hand.
Partner closely with Product teams to design and implement features that enhance the Rider Experience and strengthen the Rider Value Proposition.
YOU HAVE
+3 years of experience in top-tier management consulting and/or corporate strategy/operations roles within tech marketplaces. Experience in the Gig economy business is a plus but not required.
Clear example of stakeholder management where you drive meaningful changes through projects.
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative / numerical field
Strong analytical abilities, especially with respect to experimental design and analysis.
Proficient with Excel while applying strong analytical skills in the manipulation and understanding of data (SQL knowledge is a plus)
Strategic thinking and planning, hands-on mentality.
Excellent skills in presenting and analyzing data and creating actionable reports.
Fluent in English.
Ability to influence stakeholders in order to help achieve your goals.
