Within the Brands Ads department in Glovo We are building the present and future of the retail media in +20 markets and we seek for someone with experience in both advertising and making things happen. We collaborate with +100 brands ads-sales colleagues in developing local advertising strategies and you will play a major role in making their lives easier by providing a strategic vision on the media landscape.
The Brand Ads department is seeking a Media professional capable of launching, executing, and optimizing campaigns across programmatic and social platforms, with a focus on 1P audience strategies. You will be working as part of a growing team on the implementation and management of programmatic campaigns (Specifically in DV360 and Meta), supporting client account management requests, reporting, and finance processes. You will do this while facilitating great business relationships and ensuring brands’ satisfaction with the service.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for timely and accurate campaign activation, implementation, optimisation, on-going budget pacing, bidding and creative tests for a portfolio of accounts.
Monitoring daily campaign pacing adjustments to deliver campaign budgets and ordered units.
Co-defining a go-to-market strategy for the initiative by understanding a Brand's needs to build a strong and scalable service (pricing guidelines, pitch, processes, reporting)
Maintaining a campaign tracker for all live campaigns, staying on top of all planned vs delivered metrics
Be an internal advocate for programmatic across the company in the different markets (onboarding local teams, support with execution of campaigns etc)
Defining and tracking a list of KPIs to measure success
Contributing to continuous enhancement and innovation of the service.
A higher education in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing or Advertising
3-5 years of professional work experience on Media Agencies or CPG Media teams, Publishers or DSPs.
2-3 years of experience in Advertising or experience in the Online Video
Experience working on FMCG/CPG in a plus
Get things done attitude, proactive, organized, and obsessed with details
Data-driven mentality: takes decisions based on data and makes business judgments when necessary
Excellent spoken and written English
Experience in managing end-to-end projects with relevant stakeholder management.
Knowledge of visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, PowerBI
(Nice to have) Demonstrated proficiency in working with clean & optimized SQL and python, querying mid to large volumes of data.
