About the opportunity
Work on day-to-day challenges that rise in launching a new product across multiple parallel work streams by unlocking your inner hacker to creatively solve complex project challenges
Conduct comprehensive analysis of the overall customer/vendor funnel to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Analyze vendor performance and identify opportunity areas for optimizing their performance
Ideate and outline sales strategy to achieve objectives and revenue targets
Access to a large pool of business data and would be required to distill insights; effectively translate data into actionable insights and communicate them to key stakeholders and senior leadership
Monitor and analyze competitors' activities, including product offerings, pricing strategies, and market positioning
Prepare and deliver business presentations to senior leadership and stakeholders, summarizing key findings, insights, and recommendations
Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to streamline payout processes and resolve any discrepancies
Be the gatekeeper on product experience and monitor customer experience; set up safeguards to intervene when customer experience is compromised
Continuously look into improving business processes across several functions
What you need to be successful
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
2-3 years plus experience in a business development or a project management role
Love to hustle and can get things done; Showcase speed, resourcefulness, and go-getter attitude
Analytical: Adept in making complex business cases and supporting the findings with data insights. Demonstrated comfort with numbers, and Analytics
Market research: Ability to do extensive primary and secondary research
Communication and presentation skills: Experience in communicating effectively with different levels of stakeholders including C-level stakeholders
A highly motivated and driven individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced, enthusiastic corporate environment
Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and responsibilities
Problem solver with no direct guidance
