ROLE SUMMARY
Develops marketing, merchandising and creative strategies and affiliated programs to promote the organization's products and services through the Internet or other digital channels to increase exposure to and business from the target audience | Manages the implementation of digital marketing programs and analyzes their effectiveness | Establishes and manages the relationships with search engines and portal sites that are strategically aligned with the digital goals | Tracks usage trends of the organization's websites, including number and quality of visitors and advertising campaign impact | Develops and maintains website graphic designs and layout to support the organization's image, identity and brands through a diverse mix of web material, graphical user interfaces and multimedia delivered for the web | Ensures that the organization's website provides up-to-date and comprehensive product/service information that is easily available to existing and potential customers | May be responsible for social media marketing and online community management
WHAT’S ON YOUR PLATE?
● Support with building Media Solutions and Visibility package for FMCG partners:
● Work closely with Category Managers on opportunities to grow sales and surface assortments and promotions.
● Coordinate between commercial teams and marketing teams to align on featured promotions and products.
● Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content to drive brand awareness, sessions, new customer acquisition and orders.
● Support with coordinating In App campaign execution and set up:
● Work closely with FMCG partners to collect all campaign visibility assets: promotions, Assortment, Banners creative etc.
● Set up media assets in app inc. campaign landing pages, banners and boosted SKUs. - Assist in planning and executing tailored and targeted campaigns to drive growth.
● Become an expert on talabat solutions and adapt recommendations based on Partners needs and optimize campaign performance that fulfills their goals.
● Support with building and managing day to day relationships with key suppliers
WHAT DIDWE ORDER?
● BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field related to client management, account management, or agency experience
● 3+ years of experience in an FMCG, marketing, or media agency.
● E-commerce experience is a plus. Experience working effectively with cross functional teams at all levels of management.
● Proven track record of delivering against targets. Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
● Great data storytelling and client presentation skills with the ability to confidently present in front of large-scale audiences
● Ability to build strong relationships and influence cross functionally.
● Advanced Excel skills, experience with analyzing datasets and delivering actionable insight (experience with Looker, Tableau is a plus
