Sr. Specialist Fleet Partner

As a 3PL Senior Specialist, you'll be a crucial player in managing our 3PL relationships. You'll work closely with the 3PL Manager, leveraging your analytical skills and operational expertise to execute projects, measure performance, manage finances, and empower our 3PL partners with the data they need to succeed.​

What’s On Your Plate?

• Project Execution: Support the 3PL Manager in executing strategic initiatives, including onboarding new partners, implementing process improvements, and optimizing rider supply and retention strategies.

• Performance Management: Track and analyze key metrics related to 3PL performance, rider supply, churn, and compliance. Prepare comprehensive reports to identify trends, highlight areas for improvement, and drive data-driven decision-making.

• Timesheets & Invoicing: Manage the timely and accurate preparation of timesheets used for 3PL invoicing. Ensure accuracy and compliance with internal processes.

• 3PL Data Management: Develop and maintain comprehensive data dashboards to provide 3PL partners with real-time insights into their fleet performance and compliance.

• Process Improvement: Contribute to the ongoing improvement of 3PL management processes by identifying inefficiencies, recommending solutions, and implementing changes to enhance operational effectiveness.

What Did We Order?

• Proven Experience: 3+ years of experience in operations, analytics, project management, or a related field. Experience in the food delivery or gig economy space is a plus.

• Graduate Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Data Science, or a related field.

• Data Proficiency: Strong analytical and data management skills, with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker).

• Project Management: Experience in managing projects from initiation to completion, with the ability to track progress, manage deadlines, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

• Detail-Oriented: Meticulous attention to detail, especially in data entry, financial tracking, and compliance procedures.

• Collaborative Spirit: A collaborative and proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
