Role Summary
Based in our regional headquarters in Dubai, you will be the main touchpoint between sales and marketing teams, on a regional and local level, on deals and discounts. You will be an essential team member, helping to ensure improved sales and marketing operations and performance, reporting accuracy, and alignment across sales and marketing teams. The ideal candidate will need to be both detail-oriented and analytical, as well as possessing the ability to communicate with and influence stakeholders across the business.
What’s On Your Plate?
You will act as the regional owner for operations and sales performance on deals and discount campaigns
You will manage regular cadences with local sales teams to drive pipeline management and improved performance on deals and discount campaigns
You will act as the main contact point between the regional and local marketing and sales teams, ensuring strong collaboration for the success of in-platform discount campaigns
You will manage monthly reporting to the management
You will be actively involved in planning and forecasting deals and discount campaigns
You will process short-term requests and create related ad-hoc analyses
You will support the definition of new sales & marketing processes and bring your experience, knowledge, and energy to improve the existing ones
What Did We Order?
You are a self-starter and take a high degree of ownership
You have 5+ years of work experience in the field of Sales Operations and Strategy, Sales Excellence, Sales
Experience in consumer tech, esp. e-commerce / food-tech is a big plus
You act independently and are results-oriented
You can present your thoughts in a structured, synthetic, and graphical manner
