Sr. Scheduling Coordinator

ROLE SUMMARY

A Senior Schedule analyst develops and maintains scheduling information. They often work closely with the scheduling administrator to ensure data is accurate and useful. In charge of managing the scheduling efficiency, assuring that all plans and schedules are implemented with the agreed quality benchmark and with compliance with the WFM methodologies.

WHAT’S ON YOUR PLATE?

• Propose recommendations and action plans for any dropped metric such as service level, adherence, 

• absenteeism, utilization, AHT, FTE, occupancy, tardiness, and conformance.

• Propose and participate in contingency plans whenever needed.

• Provide analytical support to operations.

• Use accuracy of schedule measurements for continuous improvement, including making recommendations to improve scheduling efficiency and team member satisfaction.

• Review and confirm modifications needed for the staffing plan to ensure meeting the respective targets.

• Responsible for the delivery of WFM reports on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.

• Communicated with the concerned parties any changes in scheduling to ensure suitable resource coverage.

WHAT DID WE ORDER?

• You have 1-2 years of experience in the workforce or operation.

• Excellent Presentation Skills.

• Excellent Abilities in Microsoft Excel. 

• Organizing and Time Management.

• Creativity, innovation, and Attention to Detail.

• Good understanding of scheduling and staffing methods.

• Very good Workforce operations knowledge.
