Role Summary
As a Sr. IAM Engineer, you will work on our next generation ordering platform to create a smooth and secure ordering experience for our customers. Role Responsibilities
Manage the IAM technology stack, which includes monitoring, maintenance, development, and related activities to ensure operational and effective access controls.
Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to comprehend requirements and lead the design, implementation or enhancements to our IAM systems.
Build controls to audit user activity to comply with internal policies.
Drive continuous improvement processes aimed at enhancing end-user experience and bolstering security posture.
Engage in ongoing technology assessments and stay abreast of technological trends and industry standards.
Proactively identify gaps and devise solutions for routine issues.
What you need to be successful
The following experience is relevant to us
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security or equivalent experience required
Comprehensive knowledge of the IAM cybersecurity landscape, encompassing identity repositories, authentication, authorization, robust authentication methods, and methodologies for privileged access management.
Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, or others for coding tasks.
Familiarity with Active Directory environments, Cloud, IAM and PAM tools
Certifications like CISSP, CISM, CEH, OSCP, OSCE are a plus
Team player who can get along with others both inside and outside the company
Enjoys working in an accomplishment-oriented, fast-paced environment
Fluency in English (verbal and written).
