Specialist, Vendor Onboarding

What’s on your menu?

• Develop and implement comprehensive onboarding programs for vendors.
• Conduct orientation sessions to familiarise vendors with device usage and procedures.
• Ensure strong collaboration and communication across the company and serve as a primary project point of contact
• Monitor the onboarding process and make adjustments as necessary to improve the experience.
• Ensure all vendors adhere to the full onboarding process before launch
• Coordinate bug reports and change requests, which include vendor-facing and internal-facing projects
• Informing the line manager and finance department about the damaged, lost or stolen tablets and whether to be replaced.
• Ability to work with different teams (inter and intra-department) to ensure a smooth vendor journey and a high quality of vendor experience within the platform.
• Accurate and timely reporting and resolution of issues and key operational results.
• Give detailed attention, oversee and drive program strategy, project delegation, and program implementation..
• Provide practical support, such as assistance with paperwork and compliance checks
• Ad-hoc tasks.

What do you bring to the table?

• At least 2 years of experience managing web and mobile consumer projects as a project/tech specialist in an e-commerce company. Plus points if you have worked in a similar organisation like ours.
• Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and a solution-oriented mindset when tackling problems
• Analytical mindset with the ability to work with data and draw insights
• Familiar with tools like Jira & Confluence
• Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-changing and dynamic environment
• A great team player who can also work independently when needed
• Willing to explore new tools, take initiative, and continuously learn
