What’s on your menu?​

• Lead payroll operations and statutory compliance processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness
• Administer C&B programs including employee insurance, allowances & ad-hoc payouts
• Execute core HR operational processes such as onboarding, offboarding, promotions, and transfers
• Ensure data accuracy across HR systems and maintain integrity in all trackers and records
• Respond promptly and professionally to employee queries related to compensation, benefits, and HR policies
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support audits, policy updates, and process reviews
• Prepare timely and accurate HR reports for management, including headcount, budget, and variance analysis
• Drive process improvements by identifying automation or efficiency opportunities in HR operations
• Facilitate internal communications and ensure alignment on HR-related matters with relevant teams

What do you bring to the table?

• Experience in HR operations, payroll, or C&B is an advantage
• Good understanding of HR processes and local labor regulations
• Strong working knowledge of HR systems (Workday & Google tools experience is a plus)
• High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Ensuring on-time and accurate payroll processing across monthly cycles
• Supporting statutory compliance by coordinating timely filings with Finance and government bodies
• Maintaining high accuracy in compensation and benefits data across systems
