About the opportunity

Role Overview:

As a Device Management & Shipment Specialist, you will ensure that all signed partners receive their operational devices (e.g. tablets, printers, POS) accurately and on time. This is a mission-critical role that directly enables partners to access our platform and start delivering services to customers without delay. You will serve as the operational backbone of partner readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and execute the shipment of devices to partners in line with onboarding timelines.

  • Maintain inventory accuracy and track all devices in transit and in use.

  • Collaborate closely with Partner Onboarding and Support teams to align device readiness with activation schedules.

  • Troubleshoot device-related issues and coordinate returns, repairs, or replacements.

  • Improve and document logistics processes to ensure speed, reliability, and scalability.


What you need to be successful

  • Experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in tools like Excel, inventory management systems, and ticketing platforms.

  • A proactive and partner-focused mindset.

  • Hungarian fluent, English
