What’s On Your Plate?
● Monitor daily, weekly and monthly KPIs related to tmart Performance at all levels, and run
required deep dive investigations
● Support in analyzing and managing P&L, Gather and analyze data to articulate point of views and support recommendations
● Proactively come up with suggestions to improve overall business performance
● Lead efforts on monthly performance reviews preparation as well as any performance related report
● Run various analyses backed by data to better understand platform patterns, consumer
behavior, marketing performance, promotions performance, etc.
● Act as a safeguard of all dashboards, reports and tools required to monitor performance
● Strategic problem solving - help in identifying and devising current challenges and future
opportunities
● Develop business cases to defend initiatives and seek approvals. closely monitor the
performance of those during and after project launch to measure the effectiveness of the
implemented actions
● Put in place project management governance and develop framework
What you need to be successful
What Did We Order?
● Strategic mindset with advanced analytical and problem solving skills
● Proficient in using excel, powerpoint, g-suite
● Highly organized with 2+ years experience
● Strong communicator and stakeholder manager - you will be working across numerous
markets/teams and liaising with senior team members
● Comfortable with data and ambiguity with the confidence to make sense / validate or negate
out of hypothesis
● Energized by the unknown and look forward to learning each day on the job.
● Hands-on and comfortable with using and learning several tools
