Role Summary
We are looking for a Specialist Logistics Supply & Acquisition to lead the expansion, optimization, and performance management of our third-party logistics (3PL) network, ensuring scalable and efficient operations. The role is responsible for maintaining sufficient delivery supply and driving strong partner performance.
Key focus areas include partner acquisition and negotiation, supply planning, performance tracking, and cross-functional coordination. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

3PL Acquisition & Partnerships

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new 3PL partners aligned with business needs and expansion plans.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with logistics providers to ensure long-term collaboration.
• Analyze supply-demand gaps and ensure adequate fleet coverage across zones.
• Collaborate with internal teams to forecast logistics needs and plan capacity accordingly.
• Continuously optimize 3PL allocation to improve efficiency.
• Track and manage 3PL performance against KPIs.
• Conduct regular business reviews with partners and drive improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with talabat standards, policies, and operational requirements.
• Work closely with operations, finance, and product teams to ensure smooth integration of 3PL partners.
• Support the rollout of new cities, zones, or services by securing logistics supply.
• Troubleshoot operational issues related to 3PL performance and scalability.
• Monitor key metrics and generate reports to support decision-making.
• Use data insights to identify opportunities for cost savings and service improvement.

What Did We Order?

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, operations, or partnerships.
• Proven experience in sourcing, onboarding, or managing 3PL partners is a strong advantage.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
• Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools; experience with dashboards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
