Specialist Logistics Projects

As a Specialist Logistics Projects, you will own and lead projects focused on automating workflows to drive optimal results for the business and all stakeholders. Your role will involve identifying areas for improvement, implementing automation solutions, and ensuring that these changes benefit both the team and the business. Effective communication and collaboration with various stakeholders will be essential to your success in this role.

What’s On Your Plate?

• Examines data to identify trends and performance improvement opportunities and run projects accordingly.

• Reviews and Provides updates on RCR status and trends, and establishes action plans for improvements.

• Participates in and contributes to the promotion of the company’s culture.

• Collaborates with various stakeholders to develop thorough and seamless solutions

• Finds ad-hoc solutions for handling business-critical situations (force majeure, shortage of drivers, technical issues, etc.).

• Leading projects and creating clear action items with timely updates

• Bachelor’s degree is a must.
• Minimum 2 years experience in the Dispatch team [For internal candidates].
• You are capable of managing projects driven by data analysis and proficiently utilizing SQL.
• You are capable of using Microsoft Office products.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.
• You are highly motivated to own projects and work independently.
• You have Strong communication and soft skills, with excellent stakeholder management.
• You are Proficient in creating strong business cases, project calendars, and other necessary documentation.
• You can manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• You can think outside the box and come up with innovative ideas and solutions.
• You can adjust to new conditions and handle unexpected changes with ease.
• You work well with others, collaborate, and contribute to group efforts.
• You can think critically and develop solutions to challenges.
