About the opportunity
We’re looking for a DC Specialist to join the team and focus on growing our own Grocery Store “tMart”,
which is the region’s first cloud store concept offering 30-minute delivery of groceries at hypermarket
prices. The service has expanded rapidly across Kuwait, UAE, Qatar, Jordan, Bahrain, Egypt, Oman
and Iraq!
● Closely monitoring of DC performance and develop a deep understanding of the problems faced on a day-
to-day
● Working end to end on DC operations and mid mile - DC to stores and store to dc process
● Set direction to improve operational performance while continuously identifying opportunities for
improvement whether by introducing automation or through designing better processes
● Develop a great understanding of MSD system and adequately leverage their functionality in tmart DC
operations
● Drive the execution of these plans in collaboration with country DC team
● Closely working with DC team, Supply chain, and store team
● Develop SLAs and targets of various kpis and align the local team
● Develop various actionable dashboard with analytics team
What you need to be successful
Bachelor’s degree with minimum 5 years of experience in a fast-paced environment
Extremely organized and process-driven
Analytical skill set demonstrated by an advanced proficiency in GSheet, MS Excel, Data studio
Strong problem solving abilities
Track record of getting things done while managing a heavy workload effectively by setting priorities
Strong written and verbal communication skills across a set of stakeholders
Understanding of WMS system is must, MSD system will be advantage
