Specialist Coffee Operations

• Handle purchasing and receiving (e.g., issuing POs, collecting invoices).

• Report staff performance to the Operations Manager.

• Co-develop new menu items with the Operations Manager.

• Develop and motivate team members using KPIs and performance targets.

• Implement loss and risk prevention strategies to minimize shrinkage and waste.

• Ensure compliance with food and beverage hygiene policies.

• Oversee barista training and development.

• Be available on-call to respond to emergencies or operational issues.

• Solve problems and make business-beneficial decisions within scope.

• Excellent communication and teaching skills.

• Proactive in solving problems and managing teams.

• Strong leadership and team collaboration abilities.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the coffee industry.

• Must demonstrate exemplary barista skills, customer service, and a passion for sharing knowledge.

• Highly detail-oriented.

• Previous management experience is required.
