- Build and maintain strategic relationships with internal teams and external vendors, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
- Conduct regular market surveys to assess new product availability and develop market insights to inform sourcing strategies.
- Negotiate competitive pricing and quality with suppliers, ensuring the procurement of high-quality products that meet market demands.
- Manage category resources to achieve key performance targets such as GMV, margins, and assortment availability on the app.
- Oversee new product launches from sourcing and go-to-market strategy to execution and commercialization, ensuring successful product rollouts.
- Perform comprehensive cost analysis and support cost reduction initiatives, negotiating favourable terms and pricing with suppliers.
- Execute supplier sourcing and contracting according to company guidelines, manage supplier relationships, and resolve service and quality issues.
- Ensure all product information on the app is accurate and consistent with the physical products, maintaining high standards of information accuracy.
- Work collaboratively with finance teams to ensure smooth payment processes, and coordinate supplier agreement reviews and maintenance to align with business objectives.
- 2 years or more experience in analytical roles involving excel ,SQL or Tableau.
- Proficient in predictive modelling and forecasting via Excel or other tools.
- Highly organized and self-disciplined, able to work on multiple projects in a self-structured and well-prioritized way.
- Extremely analytical, data-driven & with a keen eye on process improvement.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills with a problem-solving attitude is the cornerstone of your personality.
- You must be adept at G-Suite.
