About the opportunity

​​​​​​​As the Specialist Account Management Performance in Partner Growth, you will be responsible for a comprehensive sales performance analysis and managing the regional sales bonus payout process. Your role involves a time-sensitive in-depth analysis of sales targets, and achievements, and providing actionable insights within set deadlines.

  • Devise and optimize incentive structures to enhance sales performance.
  • Influence bonus KPIs to improve sales performance.
  • Synthesize performance trends and business metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Develop and present concise, visual performance reports.
  • Provide regular, detailed reporting on performance metrics, team performance, and P&L impact.
  • Share insights with management and country managers to drive growth.
  • Provide real-time tracking and insights for local sales teams.

What you need to be successful

  • An excellent communicator and collaborator at all levels.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficient at data manipulation using SQL.
  • Experienced in creating reproducible analysis.
  • Familiar with common BI tools to create compelling dashboards (e.g., Tableau, Data Studio, Looker).
  • Curious and creative with respect to data solutions, and able to back up your opinions with data and clear, well-structured cases.
  • Results-driven, high-performing, and maintaining a high-quality work attitude.
  • Able to maintain a professional demeanor under pressure and have a high threshold for ambiguity.
  • Experienced in People Analytics, rewards, and incentivization (a plus).
