Sourcing Executive

About the Job:

Delivery Hero Pandora is looking for a Senior Procurement Specialist for its local procurement team in Istanbul This role is responsible for all local procurement activities for 5 markets in Europe.

Role Purpose and Key Objectives

• Conducting, tracking and reporting procurement process by acquiring for all local indirect goods and services commodities

• Source and evaluate suppliers for quality, cost-effectiveness and reliability in appropriate local categories

• Negotiate contracts, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company

• Monitor and evaluate supplier performance to determine areas for improvement and develop action plans

• Collaborate with regional sourcing team to successfully implement sourcing initiatives;

• Work closely with finance and other departments to manage budgets and ensure cost savings

• Guiding internal stakeholders on adhering to procurement processes and procedure

•   Ensure compliance with company policies

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or related field

• Min 4-5  years indirect procurement experience in a multi-cultural organization

• Excellent command of written and spoken English

• Ability to understand, question and interpret data, analytical thinking and problem-solving

• Experience in an ERP system (SAP and/or SAP Ariba is preferred)

• Knowledge of sourcing and contract management processes

• Stakeholder management (internal and external)

•  Strong time management, communication, negotiation and influencing skills

• Ability to focus and follow through on priorities and deliver quality results

• Good knowledge of MS Office applications, especially with advanced knowledge of Excel,

• Proficient in reporting processes

• Willingness to travel as needed, with no travel restrictions
