About the opportunity
We are looking for a Senior Strategy Specialist who is ready to take a central role in driving high-impact strategic initiatives to ensure that the company achieves its ambitious goals for 2025 and beyond. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Your strong relationship-building and communication skills will be key as you work with a diverse range of stakeholders on both local and regional level.
The position is available as soon as possible and ending at the end of August 2027 - with possibility to extend or make permanent.
Your mission:
You will work alongside foodora Sweden’s management team to shape, own, and deliver our strategic projects. You will focus on one or a few of our strategic initiatives at the times, e.g., growing our subscription program PRO or city-level strategies
You will manage project teams across Marketing, Sales, Operations and Finance on initiatives to monitor, challenge and improve business performance. These initiatives will have a direct revenue or cost impact
You will translate operational and financial data into meaningful insights, package and present your recommendations to key decision makers at foodora
As a candidate for this role, you bring a combination of business-minded thinking and analytical skills, allowing you to make informed, data-driven decisions that support our growth objectives. Your structured problem-solving approach helps you stay focused and prioritize effectively in complex situations. You build strong working relationships across departments, ensuring collaboration and execution towards our strategic goals.
What you need to be successful
At least 5 years of professional experience (not counting internships) in an e-commerce, tech, investment banking or management consulting company
Strong analytical skillset and the ability to identify trends, draw conclusions and present data-driven recommendations
Strong project management skills and ability to make change happen
A high degree of comfort working with G-suite (Sheets, Slides)
Excellent English language skills
It will be considered a plus if you have the ability to work with SQL / BigQuery
