Senior Sourcing Specialist

We are looking for a Sourcing Specialist to support Procurement Category Managers throughout the sourcing process.  The role will involve close collaboration with multiple teams to ensure effective supplier management and alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research and identify potential suppliers

• Prepare and manage RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs

• Assist in evaluating supplier proposals, negotiating pricing, and recommending optimal sourcing solutions

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sourcing strategies with business objectives

• Support procurement  category managers in day-to-day sourcing activities and project execution

• Develop and maintain comprehensive sourcing reports and dashboards

What you need to be successful 

• At least 3+ years experience in sourcing processes

• Experienced in  supplier management, contract management, strategic sourcing process

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills

• Working knowledge of SAP Ariba [ is an asset]

• Willingness and ability to adapt to a rapidly changing and high-growth environment.
