We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer (Java/Kotlin) (all genders) to join the Vendor Growth team  on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

We build restaurant and local shop management solutions for the global food delivery market and give our vendors a competitive edge in their local markets.

Vendor growth tribe is implementing product solutions for running menu management, discounts, order fulfillment, and digitization of vendors' everyday business through self-service operations and providing thorough analytical insights into a vendor's business. We provide web and mobile-based apps powered by rich data pipelines for entire markets and customer segments. 

Help us automate tailor-made business improvement recommendations to our vendors & brands, guide them with valuable data analysis & insights, and drive the daily work of our partners in the regions toward the best commercial outcomes.

We are a motivated team of engineers, data scientists, and product managers who work on an agile, self-organizing team setup with a strong emphasis on collaborative ownership and focus on moving fast and forward.

Your mission: 

• You will work on vendor and operational platforms to help restaurants and brands operate more efficiently. 

• You will implement various services that will communicate synchronously as well as asynchronously with other backends and pluggable UI systems.

• You are not shying away from building reliable, scalable systems with high concurrency and are always eager to learn new languages & technologies. 

• Your decisions will make an impact since your ideas & efforts do matter.

Your heroic skills: 

• Minimum 5 years handling high-traffic, large-scale applications.  

• Proven Experience as a Software developer in Java or Kotlin or more programming languages

• Solid experience designing, implementing, and optimizing cloud architecture, demonstrating expertise in cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

• Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software design.

• Familiar with common monitoring/alerting/logging tools such as Prometheus, Datadog, ELK stack, and distributed tracing.

• Adherence to high code quality, automated testing, and engineering standards.

Nice to have:
 

• Ability to make independent decisions and take ownership of them.

• Full professional English proficiency.
