About the opportunity

In your role as Senior Manager of Top Accounts you will be in charge of the relationship with the company's most important vendors. You will be responsible for maintaining long term key clients by comprehending their requirements and by helping them grow their business by expanding their efood services portfolio.


 

What you’ll do: 

 

  • Oversee the top account management and teams nationwide and be responsible for their performance and development.

  • Account management  overall strategy and oversee its successful deployment & execution.

  • Prepare and present sales and revenue forecasts to the c-level management team and also demonstrate your teams’ progress and success.

  • Achieve growth, revenue and retention targets in order to drive your teams to success.

  • Identify and remove growth blockers, propose solutions and drive their implementation.

  • Work closely and give feedback to the Business Development and Marketing teams regarding business solutions. Revamp our client approach, communication and development according to market insights in order to ensure that the end to end customer experience is of the highest standards.

  • Prepare and present sales and revenue forecasts to the c-level management team and also demonstrate your teams’ progress and success.

  • Coach and mentor your teams. Strive for greatness regarding their performance, development and career progression inside the company.

  • Spot new business opportunities, devise projects to test new ideas and manage their execution. Pursue new ways of our company’s and our vendors’ growth.

  • Able to remove blockers while constantly driving for improvement and managing multiple stakeholders to get things done quickly. 

  • Skilled in defining processes, KPIs and guidance for teams to follow.

  • Accustomed to fast paced scale up environments, thriving on the challenge to get things done quickly and deliver results.

  • A hands-on professional who is excited to get involved in closing big deals and building strategic partnerships.

 


What you need to be successful

  • BSc degree Business, Marketing or any related field
  • 5+ years experience in a fast paced B2B key account management/client success environment, with at least 4+ years managing teams

  • Sales management experience

  • Strong analytical skills and data oriented mindset

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Work independently with effectiveness, take initiative and exhibit ownership. 

  • Adaptability and resilience
