We are looking for a Senior Rewards Specialist to join our HR team.
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in attracting, retaining, and engaging top talent, while ensuring compliance and competitiveness within the industry, and alignment with organizational objectives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in job grading and compensation & benefits benchmarking.
What you’ll do:
Make compensation benchmarking based on market surveys and industry trends
Assess the effectiveness and competitiveness of the compensation and benefits packages and make data-driven recommendations
Prepare comprehensive reports for senior management to highlight key findings
Develop and regularly review compensation and benefits policies
Conduct job evaluations to determine appropriate job grades and salary ranges to ensure internal equity and consistency
Participate in the Annual Pay Review Cycle and handle the Long Term Incentive Program
Determine salary ranges based on job roles
What you‘ll need:
At least 5 years of experience in a related role
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline, Master's degree is a plus
Proficiency in MS Office
G Suite will be considered a plus
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English
High level attention to detail and numerical literacy
Good sense of responsibility and commitment to confidentiality
Highest levels of integrity
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, and identify trends
