Senior Program Manager - Logistics (all genders)

• Drive global strategic projects and programs across our product portfolio, from inception to launch.

• Be an expert in implementing our global products across the Logistics vertical across all tribes related to our riders and customers.

• Using your problem-solving, communication, project management know-how and technical knowledge, you will help our product and tech teams bring complex changes to life.  

• You ensure transparency of program and project performance through your own reporting and KPIs. You own & communicate the progress regularly to senior management and stakeholders.

• Travel to our regional and local teams on a needs basis.

• 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in project management, management consulting, product management or operations in a tech company. 

• Excellent communication skills. You can grasp complicated topics and make them easy for the average person to understand.

• You are great with people. Collaborating and negotiating with stakeholders to achieve strategic objectives comes naturally to you.

• Structured and highly organised way of working. Project tools and trackers are no stranger to you.

• You have a sweet spot for technology and strategy. 

• You are an absolute team player without a hierarchical mindset - You value the best idea, not the one from the most senior person.

• Positive hands-on attitude and the habit to find entrepreneurial solutions to challenges at hand.

• You enjoy working in a multicultural environment with global exposure.

• Technical aptitude is considered a plus.

• Fluency in English is required as our working language. Other languages are considered a plus.
