Senior Product Manager - Transactions, Cart & Checkout Experience (All genders)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager (all genders) to lead our Cart and Checkout Experience team. This role is pivotal in driving the end-to-end product strategy, development, and optimization of our shopping cart and checkout experience across multiple brands including foodpanda, foodora & yemeksepeti. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of e-commerce, exceptional analytical skills, and a user-centric approach to product development.

Your Mission

• Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

• Partner with UX/UI designers and user research to create intuitive, seamless, and engaging cart and checkout experiences.

• Utilize data analytics to monitor product performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

• Conduct A/B testing and experiments to validate hypotheses and optimize user journeys.

• Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap that prioritizes features based on business impact, customer feedback, and market trends.

• Ensure alignment with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and customer support.

• Communicate product plans, progress, and results to stakeholders at various levels of the organization.

• Act as the primary point of contact for all matters related to the cart and checkout experience.

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and customer-centricity within the team.

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in e-commerce or a related industry.

• Proven track record of successfully managing complex product development projects.

• Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Deep understanding of user experience design principles.

• Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira).
