Senior Product Manager - Payment Options (all genders)

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager (all genders) to join our Fintech team responsible for building world-class payment platforms, processing millions of transactions globally. With this platform, Delivery Hero provides payment solutions for customers, riders, and for our family of brands worldwide. The position will be based in our incredible Hero Hub in the heart of Berlin.

As a Senior Product Manager for Payments Integration squad in the Payments Domain, you will be responsible for bringing key Payments products to market via Delivery Hero's regional platforms. You will create a clear understanding of platform needs as you translate these into products that bring value globally. You will own the definition of your product roadmap, the delivery of your products and the communication with a diverse and compelling global stakeholder group.

• You will be responsible for managing what payment methods the customer gets on the checkout 

•  You would contribute to adding global payment providers, which will be used across Delivery Hero’s global family of brands.

• You will empower Delivery Hero brands to seamlessly create , list , update, delete payment instruments of Global and Local Payment providers and contribute to payment Success Rate and Cost per Order.

• You will develop processes to onboard developers from Delivery Hero brands and/or 3rd party vendors to integrate with DH Global Payments Platform

• You will develop and maintain clear, strategic roadmaps for Payment Options and the Global Payment Integration Platform.

• You will own the communication and relationship management of key regional stakeholders from Delivery Hero brands, ensuring clear communication, understanding of their unique needs, alignment of goals, and delivery of value.

• You will liaise with different product managers across Compliance, Anti-Fraud, Engineering, Analytics and Data Science teams in an agile development process.

• You will identify and validate new feature ideas through experimentation and data, making clear decisions on priority and roadmap.

• You keep yourself updated with industry knowledge & insights to create compelling integration solutions for Delivery Hero brands.

• You have 6+ years of relevant senior-level experience in product management with a history of delivering results in Payments within the Fintech industry.

• You have demonstrable experience of working on payment integrations with major payment service providers and issuers globally as well launching multiple alternative payment methods.

• You are an excellent communicator and are able to own the relationship with your stakeholders, setting and managing expectations clearly.

• You are curious, not afraid of challenging the status quo and pay attention to details.

• You are able to understand complex topics, break them down into manageable pieces of work and summarize them in a simple way for others.

• You actively contribute to the professional growth and development within the team by sharing insights, providing guidance, and mentoring on best practices in product management & payments.

• You have experience in managing and driving product definition and improvement in KPI metrics, fostering a strong partnership with teams across the company, and advocating on behalf of customers.

• You possess exceptional analytical skills.
