Senior Product Manager - Customer Content & Services (all genders)

We are on the lookout for a Senior Product Manager to join our Customer Content & Services Squad (all genders) and lead the development and growth of our customer segmentation capabilities as part of our Customer Data Platform. 

You will play a crucial role in shaping and delivering a key component of our Customer Data Platform (CDP) vision by delivering high quality customer data and high performing services to empower internal stakeholders to personalize the customer experience across all Delivery Hero brands. Your work will be reflected on a global service that impacts millions of customers in 40+ countries.

• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for the content and services in CDP, aligned with business goals and customer needs.

• Gather requirements from a wide range of internal stakeholders to understand their targeting needs and translate them into product features and capabilities.

• Prioritize work so your team is always delivering on the most impactful projects. 

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, and design, to ensure successful product delivery.

• Define and track key metrics to measure the success and impact of the content and services in CDP, ensuring continuous improvement and optimization.

• Manage expectations of stakeholders and be transparent on progress and priorities.

• 4+ years as a (technical) product manager with a proven track record of delivering impactful results, with a focus on data platforms, customer personalization, or audience targeting. 

• Experience with managing complex data driven products & participation in technical discussions with engineers/data scientists as well as non-technical stakeholders.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to draw insights from complex data sets and adapt to changing business needs.

• You are proactive, intellectually curious, and self driven. 

• You have excellent communication and presentation skills to surface stakeholder needs, explain product capabilities and communicate roadmap decisions in a clear and concise way. 

Nice to have:

• Engineering / data science background, or familiarity with live and batch computation, APIs, streaming technologies, and data integration. 

• Experience in working with OKRs.

• Experience in building and managing complex software services at scale, working with a global product that has stakeholders in different markets around the world.
