2. Project Management

  • Oversee fast-track construction, fit-outs, and handovers to operational teams within strict timeline and cost parameters.
  • Audit third-party vendor and contractor performance against strict regional KPIs and SLA standards.

3. Financial & Capex Governance

  • Lead annual Capex budgeting exercises and track real estate capital expenditure across all assets.
  • Identify portfolio optimization opportunities, execute cost-saving action plans, and oversee lease negotiations.

4. Data Governance & Lease Administration

  • Ensure transparent visibility to the Global Real Estate Team through standardized reporting, dynamic dashboards, and data governance.
  • Evaluate and support the integration of emerging real estate and prop-tech tools.

5. Health, Safety & Compliance

  • Ensure strict compliance with local regulatory requirements and global brand standards.
  • Oversee execution, auditing, and continuous improvement of health and safety (H&S) policies across all facilities.
  • Maintain central compliance repositories for operational documentation, licenses, permits, and safety certifications.

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum 5 - 8 years of progressive experience in corporate real estate, portfolio management, or expansion experience within quick-commerce, retail dark stores, logistics, or multi-unit QSR environments.
  • Proven track record navigating local zoning, municipal permitting, and building compliance across international markets.
  • Experience operating in a matrixed organization, acting as a business partner across multiple regional brands and executive stakeholders.
