Senior Manager/Director of Product Analytics - Customer Analytics (all genders)

We are looking for a Senior Manager/Director of Product Analytics - Customer Analytics (all genders) to join the Central Service team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

You will be responsible for leveraging data insights that support the Service team in achieving their vision: driving customer experience at a sustainable cost. The outcome of your team’s work will drive product decisions and enhance overall product performance that supports our vision

• You will lead a team of analysts and shape the team organization in one of the fastest-growing business units within Delivery Hero, Service Logistics. You will be also responsible for the team performance and growth

• You will engage with senior leadership and key stakeholders to understand business goals, requirements and, priorities and help translate them into roadmaps

• You will work closely with our data science team to design and implement metrics that help us better understand the performance of our products

• Your team will be responsible for identifying what service experiences drive the best customer retention, including A/B testing, cohort analysis, and user segmentation to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement

• You are up-to-date with cutting-edge developments in your area of focus and look for the right opportunities to apply them

• 8+ years of experience as a Product or Data Analyst in a dynamic environment, including a  minimum 3 years leading teams - ideally with a broad mission scope or multiple stakeholders

• You have at least a bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field e.g. computer science, physics, mathematics, engineering)

• Highly passionate about data, with creative problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail

• Strong business acumen in e-commerce or related industries

• Independent and rigorous working style

• You are a team player and focus on bringing  out the best of your team

• You are proficient in SQL including query optimization

• Strong knowledge of at least one reporting tool (e.g. Tableau, QlikView, Looker, Microstrategy, Periscope)

• Experience with big data tools (e.g Redshift, BigQuery)

• Excellent English communication skills
