About the opportunity
As the Senior Manager, Data & Analytics (Logistics) you will lead a team responsible for providing in-depth logistics insights, from geographical operations and fleet performance to delivery efficiency and cost optimization. You will work closely with the Logistics, Service Operations teams as well as other analytics teams to ensure that data-driven decision-making supports our scaling needs and improves customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a high-performing analytics team—providing hands-on support where needed—in structuring and solving complex logistics problems, leveraging agentic AI tools and advanced analytics to deliver actionable insights and scalable data products that drive measurable business impact.
- Elevate team capability and talent density by upskilling analysts and transforming the function from traditional BI reporting into a decision science partner closely aligned with business outcomes.
- Own logistics analytics outcomes end-to-end, managing complex projects from problem framing to execution and communicating clear, actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
- Build and scale data products and self-serve solutions, defining and standardizing metrics (e.g., productivity, delivery speed, cost) to enable faster, data-driven operational and strategic decisions.
- Partner cross-functionally with logistics, service operations, and analytics engineering to improve core processes such as route optimization, fleet utilization, and last-mile efficiency, while developing robust data models that accelerate time-to-insight.
- Drive strategic alignment with logistics leadership, shaping the analytics roadmap and translating business priorities into high-impact analytical initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Deliver thought leadership in decision science, applying rigorous analysis and impact quantification to inform trade-offs, unlock opportunities, and strengthen a data-driven culture.
- Translate data into executive-ready insights, synthesizing logistics KPIs, trends, and performance drivers into clear narratives that highlight risks, opportunities, and actions for efficiency gains.

What you need to be successful
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or equivalent practical experience, with 10+ years in analytics/data science and a track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
- Proven impact in logistics, supply chain, or operations analytics, delivering measurable improvements in cost, efficiency, and service performance.
- Strong technical depth in SQL and Python, with experience in statistical modeling, experimentation (A/B testing/causal inference), and building scalable data products or analytical solutions.
- Exceptional problem-solving in ambiguous environments, with the ability to structure complex business problems and translate insights into clear decisions and actions.
- Experience partnering with senior stakeholders, influencing without authority, and driving alignment across cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
- Track record of raising the bar—hiring, mentoring, and developing talent, while elevating analytics from reporting to a decision science function that drives business outcomes.
