We are looking for a Senior Manager, People Product Operations (all genders) to join the Chief People & Sustainability Officer’s Office on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.
Responsible for managing a team of Product Managers
Managing Confidential Projects
Responsible for driving People related OKR’s as Chief of Staff to our Chief People Officer
Strategic planning, budgeting, and decision related to highly efficient Budget utilization.
Portfolio Management: be responsible for overseeing the organization's Product Roadmap, including identifying, prioritizing, and selecting initiatives that align with the organization's objectives and allocating resources to those projects.
Reporting and Analytics: provide regular reporting and analytics to senior leadership to ensure that they have visibility into Product roadmap and can make informed decisions based on data.
OKR delivery - align annual strategic global map and ensure teams are executing as per agreed OKRs.
Act as a bridge between Product Owners and People Systems to deliver high quality products for end users
Monitor adoption and utilization of new products and features
Drive continuous improvement by identifying areas for improvement in project management practices and processes and implementing changes to improve project outcomes, efficiency and Global Services score.
Work closely with Chief People Officer on managing confidential projects and initiatives
Nice to have:
Product Management certification
Familiarity with change management methodologies
Familiarity with HR technology and processes around recruitment, hiring, organizational management, etc.
Designing and managing a portfolio of initiatives
Familiarity with data and analytical systems for structured business decision-making
What you need to be successful
At least 8 years industry experience in Product Management or Product Operations Tech/E-commerce/Online industries
Has worked in program teams and has experience in leading cross functional program teams in a matrix environment.
At least two years of experience leading strategic projects.
Demonstrated expertise in delivering Product Roadmap in global organization.
Experience in leading process improvement and change initiatives with high impact and scale.
Experience with program management planning and management systems.
Experience in strategic planning, budgeting, and decision analysis.
Leadership experience with responsibility for managing professional Product Managers.
Proficient in the use of project management processes and tools.
