Senior Manager, Business Strategy (all genders)

We are on the lookout for a Senior Manager, Business Strategy (all genders) to join the International Markets team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

In the International Markets team, we help define Delivery Hero’s strategy and cascade it to our 70+ markets, while ensuring local insights and priorities are taken onboard into global strategy and plans.

Our team acts as the POC between the HQ and our regional/local leadership teams, acting as advisors and providing hands-on support when needed.

• You lead several of Delivery Hero’s growth and performance improvement initiatives with direct revenue or cost impact

• You take ownership of global (functional) initiatives to strengthen our customer and restaurant relationships

• You work across multiple countries with the country's executive teams

• You provide senior management with regular business and project updates

• You consolidate and distribute best practices from different countries

• You support senior management with regular and ad hoc reports, business cases and other critical topics

• You have at least 6-7 years (not counting internships) of work experience in a strategy/business development function in relevant industry, with at least 2 years of experiences in management consulting, investment banking

• You possess a hands-on mentality and outstanding logical and analytical thinking skills

• You are highly motivated and communicative, very energetic and independent in handling business challenges

• You enjoy solving complex data problems in Excel and have high attention to detail

• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
