About the opportunity

We are on the lookout for a Senior HR Data & Reporting Analyst (all genders) to join the People Analytics team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

About the People Analytics team:

  • Data Infrastructure & Architecture: We design and maintain the data warehouse (AWS or BigQuery), integrating new systems to enhance our analytic capabilities while ensuring data privacy compliance.
  • Reporting and Visualization: Define and standardize People KPIs across local teams, and deliver automated reporting solutions via Tableau or other BI tools for effective data visualization.
  • Advanced Analytics & Data Science: Discover and communicate meaningful patterns in people data, using analytics and data science models to provide actionable insights.
  • Purpose and Mission: Enable senior leaders to make data-driven decisions, enhance employee experience, and improve business performance through comprehensive data analysis.
  • Long-term Goals: Aim for global reporting of key metrics with high accuracy, simplify complex HR and business challenges, and integrate data insights into daily decision-making.
  • Collaborative Approach: Work closely with local People Analytics teams to align metrics and reporting standards, ensuring a unified approach to data management.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with People Analytics teams, CHROs, P&C leaders, People Partners, and Senior Leaders for strategic decision-making based on reliable data.
  • Value Addition: Harmonize data across global teams, creating a single source of truth for reliable and consistent leadership decisions.

About the role:

  • Data Warehouse Management: Design, build, and maintain the architecture and infrastructure of our data warehouse, ensuring system integration and data compliance.

  • KPI Standardization: Define and align People KPIs across local teams, and implement automated reporting solutions for streamlined data visualization and analysis.

  • Analytics and Insights: Use advanced analytics to uncover meaningful patterns in people data, and develop data science models that provide actionable insights.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Gather requirements from CHROs and other stakeholders, translate these into actionable plans, and serve as the primary contact for people data.

  • Global Reporting: Collaborate with local teams for global reporting of key metrics, ensuring a unified and reliable data source for strategic decisions.

  • Training and Adoption: Provide training and support to drive the adoption of new BI tools and reporting practices, enhancing overall data literacy and user experience.


What you need to be successful

  • Background working in similar People/HR data-driven role (3+ years of experience, a must)
  • Advanced SQL and knowledge about data pipelines

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science or other technical fields

  • Proven, direct experience with Tableau and demonstrate storytelling capabilities

  • Data visualization artist, able to create new and engaging ways of visualizing People data

Nice to have: 

  • Worked in cross functional teams and can manage senior stakeholders

  • Fundamental understanding of statistics and basic principles of data analysis
