That’s why we need a top-class Senior HR Analyst to play a vital role in our team by combining people data insights and business knowledge into actionable information that will help us base informative decision-making processes in order to solve problems.

You will carry out deep dive analysis across all employee lifecycle aspects, from recruiting & selection to onboarding, talent management and compensation & benefits, which enable and impact the building of a healthy organization as we scale in the years ahead. To this end, you will use a range of systems to extract data and you will be our Superuser for our HRIS System – Workday, aiming to fully utilize its functionalities and potential.

What you’ll do:

  • Assess needs, develop, prepare, and continuously improve HR reports, dashboards and analytics to facilitate effective decision making

  • Collect and compile HR metrics from various sources, using Workday as the main data repository for people data, as well as employee surveys, exit interviews, employment records, government labor statistics, competitors’ practices, and other sources

  • Use and review tools for analysing people data and create models, and propose changes/ improvements

  • Formulate data-driven recommendations and tie people priorities to business outcomes

  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and support them in using and deriving information from the tool and adopting recommendations/ insights

  • Drive key HR metrics and definitions within the organization, and share insights/ recommendations with the stakeholders

  • Ensure that data quality is accurate, consistent, and auditable

  • Stay up to date on the latest developments in business analysis tools & using your knowledge to recommend new directions to management

  • Handle confidential data, evaluating which tools/environment is most suitable for analysis based on the implications of the data

 


What you need to be successful

  • Degree in HR Analytics, Statistics, or related field

  • 3 years’ experience in people analytics or similar role

  • Experience using HRIS (Workday HCM experience, reporting and dashboarding is an advantage)

  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

  • Experience with data visualization tools to clearly depict data and insights

  • Good knowledge of HR processes (Core HR, Absence, Recruitment, Compensation, Performance, Talent Management, Learning etc.)

  • Outstanding analytical, research, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with HR team and other business stakeholders

  • Ownership and accountability

  • Demonstrated ability to balance multiple priorities at a time

  • Fluent in English (written & spoken)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
