In this role, your salary will be determined based on your skills and experience and will fall within the range of 4200-4900 euros per month.
What would you be doing?
This position plays an important role in having end-to-end ownership of the vendor billing process. The primary aim is to ensure accurate and precise vendor payment, including overseeing the successful execution of the current procedures but also taking the Country leadership of local and global system development initiatives. The scope of the responsibility extends from taking part in the new product development to overseeing the vendor payments & correct accounting treatment. Moreover, this role requires the ability to clearly explain how specific items in the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process are reflected in accounting records. Additionally, the individual in this role serves as a key contact point and collaborates across various functions.
Your key responsibilities:
End-to-end ownership of the vendor payment process.
Oversee and engage in the weekly vendor payment process, ensuring timely payment to our restaurant partners.
Provide support to the finance team on system-related queries.
Expert in the Vendor Billing process using SAP O2C; providing support to finance stakeholders by explaining the workflow from customer receipts through vendor billing to accounting.
Process and system development to drive accurate, efficient, and automated use of finance systems, including serving as a local lead in finance development projects and collaborating with business and finance stakeholders to ensure new product features are adopted and aligned with required standards in O2C and R2R.
What we are looking for:
+4 years of work experience, preferably in agile environments; proven experience in finance transformation, system implementation, or process improvement roles.
Strong expertise in SAP, O2C/SD+FICA modules preferred.
Basic knowledge of accounting so that communication with the accounting team works seamlessly.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong analytical and innovative mindset.
Knowledge of Finnish accounting standards.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and hunger to learn.
Excellent communication skills in English (Finnish is not mandatory) and Finance/IT - this person acts as a bridge between the finance team and SAP consultants.
