Come onboard as a “Senior Executive, Vendor Operations Excellence” and play your part in the Vendor Performance Domain.
On this journey, you will report to Manager, Content & Onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
Creating Vendor Love: Build strong, positive relationships with our vendors by making sure they have a great experience. Communicate clearly with them and address any issues quickly to keep things running smoothly.
Improving Operations: Look for ways to make our processes more efficient. Help eliminate problems and design better ways of working to make sure our vendors are always satisfied and our business goals are met.
Project Management: Plan and oversee projects from start to finish. Make sure everything is on track and that all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
Vendor Sentiment Analysis: Understand vendor sentiment and vendor call and chat scrubbing on a weekly basis.
Measuring Performance: Keep an eye on important performance numbers to ensure our vendors are happy, and everything is going as planned. If something isn't working, figure out why and fix it.
Ensuring Quality: Oversee quality checks to make sure the services we deliver meet high standards. Help train staff to maintain this quality and make improvements when needed.
Reporting: Regularly update key stakeholders about project progress, challenges, and any improvements you're implementing to keep everyone informed.
What you need to be successful
Your role in this journey requires the following:
- Great Communication Skills: Be able to clearly and confidently communicate with both internal teams and external vendors.
Project Management Skills: Experience planning and managing projects from start to finish.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to find and fix problems quickly and efficiently.
Team Leadership: A natural leader who enjoys helping others succeed.
Sentiment Analysis: Understanding vendor sentiment and doing chat and call Scrubbing.
Analytical Skills: Comfortable using data to drive improvement, SQL is a must.
